geroge graves METRIC OIL TEMP GB!

I was asking George if he could have made in METRIC instead of U.S. imeprial unit (Fº) oil temperature where goes the econo needle in the stock e30 cluster. He agreed to make this happen but needed at least a small group of persons interested so he can duplicate the gauge face in metric instead and worth the extra effort/work.

So, rest of world (pretty much) , if you ar einterested to make it happen, please add youself at the list!

PS: George, if you have more info and pics, please throw them here so the rest that doens't know these can check them out! :)

I am most definitely interested – but in Fahrenheit (?)

Shit, now that I think about it – I wouldn’t care if it was in fuckin Klingon – so long as it was a full kit that provides what is needed to swap out the econometer for an oil temp gauge.

Ball park price? Will it work with 24V swaps?

I would rather have an oil pressure retrofit, BTW.

I would prefer celsius for a temp gauge. If it is possible, I'd prefer oil pressure over temperature in that spot, though.

Thanks Diego - but this is jumping the jun a tiny bit.

The MPG "econo-gauge" can be replaced with pretty much anything. To start will I'll be doing oil pressure, oil temperature, and boost.

I just put an M3 cluster in my car and didnt really like how the M3 temp guage didnt fit the range (or swept area) of the regular "i" tach face that I swapped in i.e. too much empty room on either side.

I would definitley be in for the oil temp if it fits the regular "i" guages better than the M3 oil temp guage does Please do this, I want one of your volt guages too.

edit: and have it stock looking too, like in your sig. do it!!
