Juan Pable Montoya will leave Williams BMW for the 2005 season. He will join up with McLareb Mercedes and probably take David Coulthard's place. Why couldn't Williams pay him as much as they pay Ralf? Idiots...
I hope Renualt fucking wipes the floor with fucking everybody. Fuck Ferrari. Fuck Mercedes. Fuck BMW.
Haha, trent settle down. Renault has a chance, but only if the new engine has a Divine powercurve. They will not be holding any aerodynamic advantage next year i'm guessing, especially not with the McLaren MP4/19 around, whose engine was designed by BMW's older designer! Oh, and Ferrari will likely fair well, but they are very behind on the 2004 car.. the motor isn't even on a dyno yet!
next season top 5, as of right now my guess:
1.Kimi
2. JPM
3. Schumi
4. Barichello
5. Ralf
Of course only McLaren has released their new car, so its hard to say so early, but thats my early-as-hell guess.

WOW, vallad point, care to back that up in anyway?
Hate to tell ya, but Renualt is down on power this year [not saying that they were not last year], they have gone to a different engine configuration which is also going to effect their arrow package

Well, they haven't released anything on the new motor in terms of output (not that they would anyway) but i think its safe to say it will not par the Ferrari/BMW/Mercedes power output.
As far as affecting their aero i have to disagree. Ferrari created an insanely tight rear end with a 90-degree motor, and McLaren has done the same with the new car. Moreover, the 110-degree V has adverse effects on lubrication as well as exhaust manifold clearance. 110 is too wide.
Im not an F1 designer or anything..... but looking at the cutaways......why is the red hot manifolds right next to the radiators......
Is there any room in the rules for any sort of experimentation....?? The only thing major is the 110* V. it will be interesting to see what the f 1 cars look like in 15 years.....

The Radiators are forward of the manifolds, they are right behind the entrance to the sidepod.
nice comment trent, who's going to be the drivers? they have a great program but low on hp . if they can get 50 hp they are a competitor but right now they lack talent. :tsk:

ferrari's gonna be in good shape even if they dont get a F2004 out, but there's been talk about a new FW26 from williams to launch in january. i'd deffinately put my money on williams for the 2004 season for the constructors title

Well Ferrari doesn't even have an engine on the dyno yet! BMW is testing theirs in the the FW25 before the new year! And yes, the FW26 is scheduled to launch on Jan. 11th i believe. Ferrari is praying to even have a motor on the dyno by then.. Ferrari is way behind on development wihle BMW said they're over 2 weeks ahead of schedule. And with the increasing complexity of these cars, setup time is CRITICAL. One of the reasons the FW25 was so poor at the beginning of the season was due to the engineers' lack of complete understanding on how the set the car up. If Ferrari shows up late, that only hurts them, especally with McLaren already testing their new car and BMW almost ready to rock. My money is on Kimi next season as of right now.
