the color is irrelevant.. my fuel pump relay is orange, for example, and there are different manufacturers for them. what matters are the part #s. in any case, the one from your 89 should work fine.
bought a car in Penn. need to ship to Chicago, help?

i have these?...
I have two!
but heres the catch. i have one, has the numbers, 1 373 912.3 / then under that is has 20 213 001 / then a month/ year im guessing... 11/88. has 30, 85, 86, 87, and 87b in the center. the other one i have has a metal cover to it, then has the same numbers on the bottom but instead of an "87b" its an "87a" in the center and on the top of the relay it says Bosch /next line 12V 20/30A /next line 0332 204 401

if you can help it, drive if back home or transport it yourself. That way, you can inpect the car in person before you buy it. Its hard to trust other people these days.Renting my rear wheel bearing tool kit. SIR
