    Need opinions...

    Ey whats good guys, im planninig to make my e30 turbo, i have been doing some searchs and regarding info to do it, i read that one of the thing that would be great to replace before doin the turbo set up is the head gasket, since all that work do you think i shoud replace the heads with 325i rebuilt? (mines a 325is) and 325i pistons? thanks. im not an expert so thanks for any advice!

      You need to do more research and all the information is out there, you just have to find it.

          why not just rebuild a low compression engine ?

          but really. i think a metric mechanic engine will roast many cars on the road for years to come (reliably and w/out other issues (fuel, exhaust, etc) to add to the cost.

          i thought of turbo back before i knew what a nicely tuned naturally aspirated engine and driveline/ diff can do sitting on a lighter chassis, highly maintained...etc...

          my car can roast a whole bunch off the line, and light to light...its a bit different over 100, but very usefull on the on-ramps
