E30 Recaro owners...

If your talking about the diaphragm as pictured above (green with strips) they are $45 a side shipped with a lifetime warranty. Only problem is that they are for a mk2 vw style recaro and i havent test fit them to any bmw specific seats. Thats kind of what this thread was about.

well the thread title said e30 recaro owners. i needed that piece but ill go through a dealer for recaros i suppose

I can clarify. If you have stock E30 sport seats, that came in IS/ES models. These supports will NOT work for you. these are what e30 sport seats look like, these seats ARE NOT made by recaro.

Ok thats exactly what i was thinking. Its the same set up they used on the older model c's which i happen to have here. Ill check the measurements on the model c's against the ones you just listed and if they are the same as what you have then we should be good to go.

Ill still take a cheap pair and test them for you. call it my R&D fee. :)

well we are going to need to adjust our pattern as the mounting points are different on trophies/ls's as sort of seen here.

well if its the same as what is pictured above on that black bmw seat we will have them for you guys very soon. Rather then having two vertical strips of webbing we will have 3 horizontal strips with the canvas between.

Once that is completed we will donate one to somebody on here to test fit and try out.

I have a set of real E30 Recaros downstairs you could come and take a look at if you want.
