    WTF is wrong with some people here??

    i offer up a set of springs for 100 bucks, SHIPPED. to be a nice guy, and try to help someone out who needs some springs, on the cheap. im taking a pretty big loss on them, but whatever. my loss, your gain, right? its all for the sake of keeping shit in the family, and looking out for each other.

    so of course, i get a lowball offer of 80 bucks, and it pisses me off. i didnt say "or best offer". i said "100 bucks. shipped"

    do you go into burgerking and haggle about the price of a whopper?

    cashier- "that will be 1.99 sir"

    E30 guy - "how about 1.60? or i can trade you this pack of gum and some broken scissors."

                  Ya when i saw that thread i already thought that was really cheap. For 80 shipped how much would you actually be getting for the springs anyway? Hardly anything?

                          sometimes when you're caught up in trying to get a deal, you forget that the seller is already being generous as hell. being broke is one thing, but begging/hassling is just low class.
