        Okay, what kind of operating system are you running? 32bit or 64bit?

        If its 32 bit you want to download: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar392.exe

        If its 64: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-392.exe

        After you install the program double click on the rar file and extract somewhere you can find it.
