What state/city would you find the least rusty cars?

Florida is hit or miss. You either get a rust free car or a rust bucket. The last car I bought here (my current e30) is pretty much rust free except some by the sunroof.

My GLI I had was a rusted pile of shit. It was from PA though.

SC, NC, TN, bama, georgia, mississippi, texas, etc. anywhere without snow or coastal areas.

Head south, Southern Cal, AZ, NM, Texas, you'll want to avoid some coastal cities though since seas salt can have some effect (not much though)
