                  Funny video, but it neglects the fact that the Prius and many other new Toyotas use Synergy Drive, which is a complete drive-by-wire system. The gas, brakes, gear shift, start button, etc are all controlled via computer. Unlike our beloved E30's, there is no mechanical connection between the controls and the drivetrain. A failed computer would render all controls completely useless.
