Well, I filed a report with the police that night it was stolen, and they went after the kid both me and the officer thought who was involved or actually took the stuff. If he had anything, he threw it away already or gave it to his friends.

Last night, I confronted him and asked him some questions about what happened, he denied everything, of course. His story didn't add up, at all. He kept making lies about where he was at certain times when I saw him at different places then he was.

The police are watching him along with his friends ... so, any slip ups ... they're gone.

Coming from one of "the dipshits" I'm going to be pessimistic: The police telling you "We're watching him" is going to do jack shit.

The thief took it right out of my friends' driveway in the middle of the night, stripped it, and ditched it on the side of the wall with dents everywhere.

My only mistake - kept bunch of useless junk inside the car, like air freshner etc... (Yah, i was 16, and all I could afford were useless shit from the local rice store)

he very well should have. Everything (except for my crappy deck) were useless junk worth 10-50 from the rice store (e.g. pedals, shift knob, air freshners, wheel cover, air purifier (because i used to hot box the car so the car smelled all the time), cup holders etc).

The funny thing is, the thief didnt take the pedals or the shift knob. The deck, the most he could get was probably like 75 bucks. Everything else, i doubt no-one would even buy.

The point is, if anything is visible in the car, it gives a reason for the thief to take the car. And if what's visible is something worthwhile stealing, then you are just asking for trouble,

Damn what the fuck were you doing with all that shit in your car in the first place? Id be pissed as hell. I would definitely not handle this through legal channels as that will just be a jerk off session beyond compare, but thats me and its not very good advise so Ill shut up now. Man thats not cool. If you know who it was and are fairly to completely certain, Id start with the very specific ways to make his life slowly harder and harder. Things that will make him know youre not forgetting about this shit. Damn dude :(.

Slowly I'm making his life more miserable. Just about everyone in the school knows about what happened, and they all believe it was him.

Supposudly this little punk talks about me, and he's worried about the police watching him.

spread rumours that the police have a lead to arrest him. And that you would press charges if he was caught, but if he just gave everything back, he would just drop everything.
Rumours gets around quick. Get the kid scared that he is getting caught.
