This isn't some lil school yard conflict. If it was, it's highschool, by all means, confront the guy, do what you wish, take the anger out.

But you are a victim of a robbery, hundreds in deficit. If you think taking a baseball bat to the guy is gonna get your stuff back, think again. Just avoid getting yourself in trouble if you actually want your stuff back.

Well, I filed a report with the police that night it was stolen, and they went after the kid both me and the officer thought who was involved or actually took the stuff. If he had anything, he threw it away already or gave it to his friends.

Last night, I confronted him and asked him some questions about what happened, he denied everything, of course. His story didn't add up, at all. He kept making lies about where he was at certain times when I saw him at different places then he was.

The police are watching him along with his friends ... so, any slip ups ... they're gone.
