oh hell yeah. I live right next to deland!!! Like right on the border between orange city and deland. And I go surfing all the time (when its warmer :) ). Dude, PTG got smoked at the 24 this year in a battle of "almost stock" (SWC GT prep) cars. The M3's were a second and a half off of the pace of the 911 GT3 cup car in qualifying, and couldn't even make it half the race, so we don't have too much on porsche right now.Originally posted by uofom3

The Mustang that got 1st place comes from Black Forest Tuning... its a small shop based out of Deland florida... about 10min from where I live. Theyve won at Daytona other times before. And If Im not mistaken 2nd place was also a Mustang form Black Forest. They ran awesome... I believe the one that got second was leading in first place in the beginning and its hood blew off and it dropped back to 10th place... yet came back to finish 2nd. Awesome if you ask me. I went to the Grand Am finale here at Cali Speedway and it was awesome. You paid once for the ticket and you could go to the pits, the paddocks, and the infield. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I couldnt believe we could just kick it behind the PTG crew in the pits during the race and just walk up to Boris Said and Bill Auberlen if you pleased. You could go into the garages while the temas were working on the cars and everything. I was there this weekend actually to catch a glimpse of my uncle in his E30 ///M3 GT2 class car. I cant wait for the Grand Am to return in April. That CSL looks fucking beautiful.
