yep. a girl kicked a ball into my rear (driver) fender and put a golf ball sized dent into it. my alarm went off and went outside and they were standing right there. i caught them in the act and demanded their information.

nothing ever came of it. i just got a letter from their representatives that they didnt think a girl could kick a ball hard enough to make a dent into a fender and they werent going to pay for it. my insurance company never bothered to sue them. and of course im still out my deductible.

    assholes.

i sincerely hope you have better luck.

I feel your pain. I had a tire shop gouge the lips on my 2 of my Blitz wheels and didn't say anything about it. These wheels were $600 each so of course I called them on it. Luckily the manager was a respectable guy so he had the wheels repaired for $500 bucks. I was so happy they didn't try to deny it. Good luck with you situation.

Corporate should give you a break I'd think, but fight hard and be stubborn.

          ***UPDATE 3/24:***
Regional director a no-show for our 5PM meeting. No call or anything; I left two messages to see if he would show and no return call. Time to escalate this to TBC and Sumitomo Corporation of America, the corporate owners of Big-O.

and with above post, timestamp photos are in all our futures.

you can add that the outcome of your issue will reflect on many other (future) customers.
            me included,
ive been to Big-O, and was one of the shops i was going to get some new rubber at.
im the type that actually takes the wheels off my own car, and throw em in the back of my truck, and deliver (*never letting those fools mess w/my suspension or jacking up my lowered e30).

i was in the shop not 3 weeks ago, and i found the crew to be more interested in smoking a cig than to help me find the best deal or tire.
i thought nothing of it till now.
maybe their whole training/ management is going south.

              ***UPDATE 3/26:***
I called corporate customer service again to see if the Regional Director got hit by a truck or hit the lotto. They're not sure, so they'll look into and let me know. How many BigO employees does it take to get a callback? 3 and counting...
