    Wtf dashboard?!

    How the fuck do you get the stupid bitch clip at the bottom of the windshield in? I'm trying to replace a dash and I could have had it done tonight but that piece of shit clip was doing everything it could to not go in. :hitler:

    Any tips?

          These are pics from a dashboard swap DIY. The red thing in the middle of the dash under the windshield is the slot I'm talking about:



          And then under the 3 big squares in the middle of the dash, there's a bronze tab dealy that's supposed to go into the slot:

              Just swapped a dash today, didn't even have to try to get the center clipped in. Fought with the A pillar clips and the center clip just kind of did itself.

                                                      I drove around dashless for 2 days, what a fun time it was.
                                                      I put the dash in last week, that thing just slid in when I started to bolt the side flappy things back in place.
