I was just visiting him over spring break, and I didnt take any pictures. I will be sure to do so the next time I am at my dad's house in a couple weeks. Its old, very basic. Small tractor tires in front (15's) and wide (16's?) in back, 2 seater, renault rear motor, larger sleeve kit (effectively boring it out some) and 4 speed with reverse. very basic buggy, homemade. Hydralic rear drum brakes, and the fun part is that the hand brake locks only 1 wheel at a time. From what I've been told, you push and it locks just the left rear and pull to lock the right rear, so I would imagine it turns easily. Short-ish travel, decent wheelbase and width. Honestly we are all considering just building up my Uncle's vw dune buggy, because he was recently diagnosed with liver cancer (this is his 3rd cancer experience in 2 years) and his time with us is uncertain, and we would all love for him to finish it.

Gordini FTW. They can be made to go like shit off a Telfon shovel - not big-single-turbo GT-R fast, but way quicker than 90% of shitbox buggies out there.

Did you buy this? If so, there's a pretty big french car following in Northern California, don't know if you're aware. Me and some Peugeot guys around the place, but everyone's outnumbered by the Citroen dudes

Only French car that I would ever consider owning would be an Renault R5 Turbo. All the rest are too bizarre.

A friend of mine in Portland just picked up an R5 Turbo. Red in MINT condition.

No, decided against it. Instead were just really trying to finish the vw dune buggy, I have a build thread for it but there havent been any updates in a while. Ill update it this week.
