is this for real? did BMW ever make these are they considered e30s if they exist?

those may be prototypes, I know the guy who designed the touring basically built the first prototype in his garage out of a standard E30 body.

The 2 door touring was built in low volume by Luchjenbroers in the Netherlands, although the pics you posted are from other manufacturers as well. The original BMW produced touring was built at BMW's 'skunkworks' (M-Technik I believe) as a design exercise.
