      Those first quotes are more than it cost me to have my first E30 shipped from FL to OK two years. By hundreds of dollars.

          Its for an E46 M3, pretty big box. The guy has the same color and everything as the one we need for $125. Grayhound said the box size was too big. Thinking about going with a made in China Carbon Fiber one.

            I purchased a hood for an fj cruiser on ebay and it came via fedex. Was like $200 total w/ shipping. Are you SUUUURE those are accurate quotes?

              You could put it up on www.Uship.com. You state the dimensions and weight and shipping companies give you quotes. I got an engine shipped that way, it was cheaper than any of the big companies by alot.

                check with forward air, you have to go terminal to terminal but they are really cheap. I shipped an engine from Detroit to LAX for under $150 or so
