Im getting the notion that you want your car to be "slammed". Youre gonna need to buy springs for that, or else youll be bottoming out with how soft the stock springs are and trust me, you dont want that. Dont get coilovers just get a good set of Ireland Engineering or Eibach or H&R's. You will not be happy with the ride quality, man. Trust us on this. Thats what were here for.

If you want cheap you can get the Kyb, Vogtland setup on fleabay. Much better than cutting stock springs.1985 M10b18. 70maybewhpoffury. Over engineered S50b30 murica BBQ swap in progress.

I responded to this thread hoping to throw some caution at the OP, but cleary he's going with his botched plan anyway. I'd like to see your results the day after and a month later.
