    Noob = Meeee

    New Member and e30 owner!!! Happy to be here but I gots a question..

    ...not to beat a dead horse 'cause I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I can't seem to find anything using the search sooo, does anyone know a decently priced shop in the sf bay for a timing belt and water pump? (and possibly a valve adjustment) I know these are simple diy jobs but i don't trust myself to do em, and though the p.o. said it was done 5k ago he didn't have any papers, this needs to get done!

        Hell, half the fun of owning these cars is working on them, and having a little pride in yourself, knowing that you're keeping a 20+ year old car on the road.

        You probably have enough mileage on the belt that it's not going to fail like tomorrow, so take some time and do some research, and DIY!
