Need Ideas for Cat R and/or R 87 325iS

My cats blown. Rattling around like a marble in a tin can.

Ok...soooooo

Do I want to replace it or gut it or run a straight pipe....or?

Any ideas?

Also...is a Magnaflow High Flow aftermarket cat worth chit?

Yeah well, that sounds ok, to me, but just how loud is it? Wake the neighbors at 5am loud. Set off car alarms rollin through the parking garage?

2. Whats the set up on a straight pipe? Can a muffler/exhaust shop just fab one up or is it a "part" type thang?
