lol owe me back lol...sad thing is my lawyer in pocket is a accident lawyer.
but even then its gonna suck if her insurance tries to pull any of that shit just because we all know our bmw's are worth way more then what they think, and in some minds irreplaceable lol...Hopefully they just pay the bill, just a euro bumper and some paint...

well got the prelim estimate, just under 1k. But the bodyshop adjuster is going to be calling there insurance to explain that it may be a bit more because the euro bumper. Also we realized it dented the little strip right under the license plate. The Bodyshop wasnt real positive on finding one for sale. I wonder if they are thinking of fixing the one that got bent...That would be expensive i would think.

We went round and round with the insurance company, no attorney, and finally got $5k when they totaled my sons 89 325is. Then we bought it back for about $250 and made another $2k by selling parts. When it was all over he made money and got a 1990 325 is. This may work out for you so don't get too depressed yet. Just get setup to fight the insurance company so you get a fair price for your car if they do total it. Good luck!

Yeah well i am just waiting for the body shop to find some euro bumpers somewhere. So i get to play the waiting game. i looked for some but the 2 pairs i found in good condition had already been sold so i get to wait. oh well.
