    2.7 eta stroker build questions,HELP!

Okay, I have a 86 2.7l eta block, want to know if I can simply just swap blocks with my 87 2.5l 325is to make it a stroker. Will timing belt be the same and will the stock ecu work. Any other problems? Will run okay at high alltitude if it gets low compression from this setup.

    TIA

    Doug

      The blind leading the blind.

      Wrong section first off.

Do some searching in the M20 section. This has been covered. MANY times.

Swapping "blocks" has nothing to do with the stroker setup anyway, both block are almost identical. it is the internals of the bottom end such as crank rods and pistons that make make the 2.7 have its displacement. I'm not even gettin started on the top end and electrical.

      Like I said
