I bought some hella smilies recently and the adjustors/metal screw type things are rusted. I need new ones I believe, I know bavauto sells the plastic things on the ends but i need the metal.
Where can i get them?

If you want to buy new adjusters, plan to fork out about 12 a piece. You'll need 8. Not including shipping. Try some WD-40 and a wire wheel. That plus some Teflon tape, for lost material, made mine perfect. 96 bucks for adjusters, or a little non-wallet draining patience. Your call.

Yeah I was thinking about that. I think some of mine work, i might just need new endplastic things cause they arent gripping. What do i do if it has broken off? squeeze it with pliers really hard and twist?

use a metal brush to get rust off one end. then use vice grip pliers to GENTLY grip the plastic part that adjusts while you spin the metal with regular pliers to the part you just cleaned. then clean the other side the same way. when your done you should be able to glue the plastic end-piece back on and have it work. GL!

If you mean the intermediate piece, I just held mine in place with a vice, and did a little forward/reverse with my dewalt. They have phillips heads on the ends. Seemed to free the adjusting screws nicely.
