Does the deadpedal screw into or connect to the body in any way? Or does it just stick to or screw into the carpet?

They come with 3M industrial tape(works great) also Brian is planning on including hardware if you want to screw in.

The quality is great, was planning on doing a group buy but since Brian is already on the board and the word is out dont see a need.

If anyone local wants to see them they are welcome to check them out at our shop in the e28.

Yesterday I was pretty much dead set on having mine screwed on but when I stopped in today Brian asked me to try and pull a pedal off from his car. I tried with good amount of force and they didn't even budge. The tape that they are using to mount these pedals with is pretty strong.

My pedals already have holes drilled from using the fakie ACS pedals, but if you had to pull that hard, and still couldn't get them to budge, that's hardcore! Can any design or logo be engraved?

Yes he can do pretty much anything. First time there is a set up fee.

Note our logo on the pedals.

Dead pedals do not screw in, they are sent with the 3M industrial tape Levent and Archie commented on pre-applied for you. This way nobody has to go through the painstaking process of drilling into the car itself :)

Custom engraving is totally possible, and there is an additional fee to design the artwork and set it up ($50). Keep in mind the area for artwork on the dead pedal is relatively small and somewhat square, so simple designs stand out best.

Just to confirm what Levent and Archie pointed out, the ones pictured are attached via 3M industrial tape to keep the look clean.
We are currently finishing design on a drill template to aid those wanting to drill, so screws are still an option. In fact, if the car is driven aggressively (ie. on the track, auto-x), we'd recommend drilling to prevent any issues that may arise down the road.
