IMO it could do something. There is just no evidence. All supposition. You know that "reduce emissions by 100%" is not easily believable. Why hasn't this been thought of yet then? Why the HUGE jump in efficiency? The tech looks like it's been around for years and is just put to automotive use. This isn't the first time it's been done. QED If someone makes a claim and has no evidence, think horses not zebras.

So. Basically it says nothing. Except that if I refer the the text I bolded, that ignition system works great on a motor that needs 100 sparks per second. On a 4 cylinder motor, that means 25 cycles/second, or a whopping 1,500rpm. So, is that ignition system aimed at lawnmowers, farm tractors and diesel trucks?
