      So what you're saying is it's good to make off with someone elses mistake that may or maynot be caught? I was not brought up to be a low life and would like to be treated as such if i was doing buisness and i made a mistake or the other guy made a mistake. A course of action should be taken to make the situation correct. Who knows whats going on at the other end and they may never catch it? It's just the right thing to do, but there are others out there that like screwing people. The OP of this thread is impatiant like many others in this world that thinks when they order something, they should snap their fingers and it should magicly appear infront of them the next minuite. Plus he calls the parts garbage and then used them anyway. If they was that bad and wasn't what he wanted, why the hell would he even put them on his car!!!, then to keep parts thats not even his and post up about it. I'm just in shock someone is siding with him.

                Wow. All that I will say is that Bavauto is probably the easiest to contact and most willing to correct mistakes parts dealer that I have come into contact with. If you are not willing to accept their attempt at correcting the problem you have no right to complain. Go buy your parts off of ebay and see what happens when your order gets fucked up.

                  A while back, I got a set of rear HD shock mounts from them in an order. They looked different from each other. I called them and explained the problem and they said "keep the odd one and we'll send out another. It showed up 2 days later. In their defense both mounts had the same part number but were not the same design.

                  You may not get the highest quality from them but their service is top notch as far as I'[m concerned.

                      You got the same mounts, they were just different colors. You're an absolute cock and have no right to complain. I hope Bav Auto finds out their mistake and charges you for the free parts. Actually, I have friends there, perhaps I'll just make a phone call and be SURE they find their mistake and charge you...


                      That is if the Bav Auto employees that frequent this sight haven't caught this thread already.

                                BavAuto is over rated and over priced. Shop at RM European or Pelican Parts.
                                BTW, USPS Postal law says its a FEDERAL offense to open packages not intended for the recipient of package. But if package clearly shows that the addressee and recipient are the same, recipient is not obligated to return UNLESS sender requests return of item.
