    E30 newb

Hey guys/girls. Just picked up my 1990 325i the other day. For starters you'll all be glad to know, there is one less 'Bronzit' on the road. That's right, whoever had the car before me must have hated it as much as you guys. The car got painted white with some pearl in it. Looks pretty legit in the sun, but the paint isn't the greatest, with over spray even on the inside of the car. She's got 131,XXX miles tan interior, 5 speed manual, and a sunroof that looks like it's 'sealed' in place :???: f'ing hacks. Got it for a decent price I think. I've been looking for about 5 months or so and I think I found one that's right in between being not crappy and not amazing haha. I do want some different wheels, because these are horrible and possibly lower it and get an IS lip for it, but all in time. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge here and see what this Bimmer bug is all about. Lucky7 pointed me to the forum and he knows enough for the both of us right now. Enough talk on to the pictures.

Lucky7 helped me out with some lighting last night, and usage of his Sigma 10-20, thanks Dane!

Thanks, I'm still new to the words you guys are talking about 'ellipsoids'...lol This is my first foreign car. Yes, it's pretty clean. No cracked dash even. :) The 'check' button for the lights doesn't work and the a/c and a few other things. I paid $2600 for it.

nice. sealed beams are your headlights. ellipsoids are an upgraded headlight. HUGE difference

I heard that. I need to find some for sure. I have a lot of questions but should probably use the 'search' option first. BTW, thanks for being the only person who cares. haha

nice username. Interior is very clean, though I'm not a fan of beige.

What are your plans for it?

Thanks! I wish it were black, but maybe in time. Right now it's just a dd. First I'll tint, then wheels and lower it. That's all in time though. I have some camera gear I want at the moment. I might pull these wheels off and paint them black because they look horrible now.

Paint looks fresh in the first picture. Your interior reminds me of corduroy for some reason.

                      Welcome.
