    Grounding kits

    Ok.... ill try this again.

We finally had a dyno test run on our kits and we saw a decent improvement on a car that already had a great factory grounding kit. The dyno test was run on a Lexus IS300 which has the best grounding kit from the factory on the market. Here is a link to the GB we did for a ford truck group. http://www.nhtoc.com/forum/showthrea...p;pagenumber=1

There is alot of information in there. Pictures oof our kits, testimonials and such.

Keep in mind that the kit that we sell for the HD was not designed by us, it was designed by a friend out in Cali. I have an e30 and the kit that was designed for it was done properly. There were 2 different kits installed on my e30 before the final one was released to the market. We take this very seriously so please no flaming and no childish bullshit. If you have ANY questions at all ask away. That is the purpose of this thread. If anyone has access to a dyno and would like to test our kit for us we would be happy to work something out with you.

      Can you please defend this?
Because asfaik, the grouding system on the IS300 was quite poor, hence the reason I upgraded to the kit that the board member on is300.net was making.

And yah, where is the dyno result that you mentioned? You linked us to a Harley Truck website...

I still lurk is300.net every so often, but I don't think I've seen you post anything there?

      Keep us updated.

Who says the E30 has a grounding problem to fix?

edit, Cliffnotes from truck link that you provided:

"I would not buy this product again. I really think it serves no valid purpose. I think the factory wiring is more than sutible for any of our applications. I think any Performance gains would come from just resetting the computer. My truck drives exactly how it always drives after I reset the computer."

          and

"I also work with car stereo installers, both of which came very short of calling this "snake oil". But, like you, they still offered to help me put it on.

We never got that far. He laid out each wire where it was supposed to go, obviously there are some fitment issues. He wasn't willing to bend a ring terminal, the bend would be too extreme and would probably break over time due to vibration. At least that's what he said. "
