So I have the Blackberry 9700 I had a lemon phone so they sent me a new one. Just two weeks later the screen cracks horizontal and an immaculate conception straight across, I send it back. I get my new phone a now refurbished item. I get previous phone back with a f*ck small red arrow indicating the damage. In the contract attached to the invoice, they highlight the words "PERSONAL DAMAGE", I'm pissed right now. I have to pay 450 bux. I'm thinking I should just return the phone and get the new iphone4. Thoughts? suggestions? what would you do?

Suck it up and take care of your phone and business. Your probably the same person who after gets there way has to keep complaining. ATT hates you too.Originally posted by Lof84 doors allow you to transport more whores.
