So I have the Blackberry 9700 I had a lemon phone so they sent me a new one. Just two weeks later the screen cracks horizontal and an immaculate conception straight across, I send it back. I get my new phone a now refurbished item. I get previous phone back with a f*ck small red arrow indicating the damage. In the contract attached to the invoice, they highlight the words "PERSONAL DAMAGE", I'm pissed right now. I have to pay 450 bux. I'm thinking I should just return the phone and get the new iphone4. Thoughts? suggestions? what would you do?

I used my buddy's iphone 4 for awhile, it was pretty legit. It's no secret that it has some issues, but it doesn't really bother me. It's annoying waiting for mine though.paint sucksComment

Not sure if I was clear or not but the screen broke due to "improper placement". Said ATT, and I wasn't about to pay 430 bux for a refurbished phone. Anyway, I now have an extra bb with a broken screen and they waved all fees. Win!Practice the study of E30ology.Comment
