    Why is my m3 strange?

I just recently noticed that for some reason my m3 does not have front side marker lights.... It does however have rears. It came from the factory the way it is because there is no wiring for the front ones so its just not a different front bumper/valence. build date is 12/87. anyone know?

Never heard of such thing. BMW NA wouldn't be able to import it without the proper side marker lights when new. I would investigate it further.

you should pull the cover off and look to see if someone had it filled at one time.

Im guessing a euro bumper and someone cut the wires.

No, there is no wires cut from the harness. I've inspected it.

                        This made me lol
This would nearly require unwrapping the entire harness to do. It can be done very inconspicuously.

Better keep it underwraps, BMW might put a price on his head for putting the car together wrong, those wacky germans!

I'm not retarded. The guy I bought it from owned it since '89 and kept it completely stock. I have a polaroid shot from when he first got it and it doesn't have them. There is no evidence of filler in the bumper.
