Went down to Church Automotive in Wilmington to get my M Tech turbo dyno tuned and here are the results at 12PSI. The car was street tuned with an Innovate LM1 and while the part throttle was pretty good it was slightly lean up top. So if you have a good wideband with some skill you can pretty much get the fueling close enough but then there's the ignition.

265.4 HP
275 ft/lbs Torque
This is on a Dynapack which measures at the hubs. With 17% estimated drivetrain loss, that's about 310HP at the flywheel.
Stock M20 rebuilt, Cometic MLS gasket, Garrett T3/T4 hybrid turbo, intercooled, MS1v3 PnP, etc.
I didn't gain much from the dyno tuning because the previous owner did a great job of street tuning but it smoothed out a few areas, improved the idle and gives me piece of mind that it's tuned right.
