Found this in my car, anybody got some info?

a while ago during a cleaning session i found this piece of paper, it's got some words i can identify like uhrzeit, polster, sonder, etc., but can anyone tell me what this is/what purpose it served at the factory? mostly i'd be interested in what the different number sequences designate. it's got the car's vin printed on among other info on the car's specs, so i'm assuming it'd been there about as long as the car has existed. i'm not sure if this is something people find on a regular basis, but i thought it was kinda neat. any info would be great!

If there's a phone number, then call it right away. Ingrid on the assembly line #82 has left you a note 23 years ago. She's been waiting all that time for your call.

Disclaimer: She might not be 125lbs anymore. ;-)

the seat backs of my E30 M3 seats are signed and dated by Hans and Gunter, or something like that. I can't really read the signatures. :p
