Who has purchased recently a MT II steering wheel?

Just got one for my e30 m3 wich is under restoration still, but got the wheel w/o the horn button plastic thing. I'm guessing this lil bitch need to be ordered separatly?

I ordered with this P/N 32 33222 6086 , this means w/o it?

086 is the wheel without the horn pad. 731 is the 086 WITH Horn Pad AFAIK.
