some ideas on what to do next....PIC

Just messing with some ideas on what to do next to my car.

Think I'm diggin' the e36 wheels. And I know some of you guys might whine...but I like the contrast the all black bumpers gives to the car.

    Comments welcome....

(oh whoevers pic this is - hope you don't mind me stealing it....)

They do look very nice on Bryson's car, so go for it. Gonna go 5 lug right? Not get (if there is) a replica are ya? Black bumpers, interesting so they look more like that euro option for black bumpers? Looks nice, but you should definitly post pix asap after you do it.

I spy E36 M3 side moldings. Good luck with those.

Not to nitpick, but those rims look like 18's or 19's on that Photoshop job.

Do you know anyone that has attempted to put them on an e30?

Yup. I did. Even had a free set provided to me.

Decided it was way to much trouble to get them to fit on the same level plane as the bumper trim.

I've looked into it. The lengths are way off, and the mounting systems are different.

Guys???? Do the rims really look that far off (size wise?)

Re: moldings.... When I p-shopped that I was actually think of using really wide pinstriping tape to create the effect of a wider line around the car.

Black things next to black things seem to disapear together on a car. Not sure if it would work - but as is the thin molding does not work with the thick black bumpers...

for shits and giggles i photoshopped the bumper back to red and it turns out that the bumper strip lines up pretty good with those e36 mouldings. looks good this way i think:
