:pimp:...That my dear friend is the way the cookie crumble! Sweet!I did my hood thus far and I like it. My "a" pillars, roof "c" pillars and trunk are next. I will be doing this to resemble the "panda" style. Should look good with the CF sunroof and CF gourney flap. And FWIW, its a lot of time.... A LOT OF TIME. Here is how my hood turned out. All cleared up and completed.

I really like the arty side to it, why you say minus the rack i think it would look pretty cool with the rack too. If you inverted the front part of it and did tribal with white sharpie...just my opinionLeave a comment:

Do it, art is not ripping. You cannot do the same thing as what they did. So it is not going to be a rip off. DO IT!!!!!!!!!Leave a comment:

Do it. It's not ripping. I get inspiration from what other people have done too. As long as you're cool about it and don't make like it's totally your idea, which you're obviously not. It'd be hot to see a sharpied e30. I though about it too, but with a bit of a twist I do not want to reveal....;)
Go for it! Maybe you will inspire someone to do an e36 and you guys can hook up and have a 3 series generational art car thing going on?
