    Bought an E30, new member

I just picked up a 91 brilliantrot 325i with all the sport options I care about. I got a pretty sweet deal on it since it needs a few minor things that are of no bother for me to fix. The post is pretty much worthless without pics but since its a few hundred miles a way at my parents house there isnt much I can do about it. Ive been into 2002s for a while and I am pretty knowledgable with cars so hopefully I will be a good asset to the cause. The Washington guys will probably see me around at any summer gatherings.

If any other people in Washington are interested I tried to buy a 325is (90 or 91 cant remember) from a car lot and apparently someone backed out of the deal and it is now available. Its a lighter silver with black interior. It has some clear coat issues but is a straight solid car with nice interior. Get in touch and I will try and get you the info.

Welcome. You're joining about 437948327 other red late-model E30s on this forum. Brilliantrot is one of the less popular ones though, I have one too. 8)

              here you go

Since I ran the 14.6 I converted the car to a manual, added an EEC tuner, and added a 75mm TB and 76mm MAF. scoots pretty nicely, although I am selling it because I dont need 4 cars.

{edit} Before the addition of the new parts I dynoed 184.6hp @5400 and 283.9tq @2800. I was also having some EEC issues that day and was running pig rich (9:1 from 3400 on)

Lots more Zinno/Cinnabar than Brilliant, but the opposite seems true with M3s. And yeah, they are the same colour.
