In case anyone is wondering, 100 octane leaded aviation gas works just fine in e30's. :)

there is a misconception about av gas in cars you should know about . the octain rating scale is different and is for a much lower and constant RPM not the varying RPM of a car. there are also fuel boosters added that while they don't hurt the car also do not help it.
most of the time the 100 octain av gas ends up lower octain then super unleaded from the pump. also not all av gas is unleaded.seien Sie größer, als Sie erscheinen

Jason Your Corvair LIKES LEAD thats why it will like the Av gas no matter what the octane rating is. Lead is good its a lubricant.
