First ticket in 9 Years

Well seeing as i have not had a ticket in 9 years i felt like i should go all out on this one. Well at least make sure i get hit for more then just speeding.

-Speeding 23 over in a 50 (hit me with radar when i was coasting off of 90 so cant complain there)
-Tags 3+years expired (i dont believe in emission testing, Truth be told i just have not bought catalytic converters for my car)
-No seatbelt (officer didnt buy the i took it off while reaching for my wallet)


Guess its really not that bad could of been worse, could of been peddling cracked out midgets for sex. But alas this is going to be a fun court date.

Just goes to show you. Doesnt matter how "safe" you drive or how much you "never" speed. That one time that you do or get caught is gonna cost ya for being a bonehead.

Why would you take off your seatbelt while driving 90mph? I can understand the speeding part, everyone goes fast at one point or another, but the other 2 counts are completely stupid.

Did they impound the vehicle? In CA they will for even 6 months out dated...

No they didnt impound it. In fact i had all my failed emissions in my car so it at least shows i have been trying. The last one was just a little longer then what the officer felt was fair.
