Start with the regular/preventative maintenance items. Fluids, brakes, gaskets, hoses, etc. Get everything in good running condition before you start spending money on accessories and modifications. Also, get yourself a copy of the Bentley service manual.

I say a set of iS skirts, a set nice looking mesh wheel (I am a fan of 17" myself) and a nice drop, along with a lip will make a stunner out of that stocker.

I guess that was just included under maintenene? For suspension I would say h and r sports with e90 drop hats or maybe a softer ground control coilover set up.
