New or Used ICV and TPS

I just want to gauge from what other people have experienced as far as buy used ICVs or TPSs. Is it worth a try, or should I not even bother and go for new?

TPS - used is fine, they're easy to test
ICV - only if it's cheap, it's not easy to test, and a new one will definitely work.

Are you in Tampa right now? I have a few ICVs with me (and I believe I even have a TPS as well). If you ever swing by SoFla, give me a shout and you can try it out.

Or if you want to buy one PM me and we can work something out.

        nando: Appreciate the advice.

Erick: Yeah, going to be in Tampa for quite a while. If I'm still looking for these items, I'll definitely hit you up when I'm down there.
