Bumper push in?

any advice or tips twards gettin bumpers pushed in, the crome is cool and all but theres just to much. I met a guy in the city with the same car as I and he had his bumper "pushed in" I was wonder if anyone knew somewhere i could read up on how to do it, or some way i could get a make-over on my cars ass.
