I used to be this way... I wanted a new car every time I got to a stopping point with my mods.
With my M3, that problem was solved by buying another car and modding it. Now I have 2 nicely modded cars and I get to drive both. I find myself just making them as nice as they can be on my budget and I am happy with that. Just get something else to tinker with and enjoy your car for what you have built it to be.

i'm just tired of the bills pilling up, everytime it breaks it sits for a few days, i get bored and want to drive but am to lazy to work on it and can't afford to pay someone to do it, who says money doesn't solve all problems really doesn't know what their talking about.

Tis a sad time. But you'll soon gain interest in it again. There is nothing wrong with liking newer models and the such. But all of us know that the e30 is more of a driver's car than most. Just my .02

why not build up another "style" e30?
Do a late model something. Mod an m20, something.
I dont think your outclasses by your car as far as track driving goes. The first DE, you wont be going that fast. Plus, you control the learning curve. Unless your worried about messing up the gorgeous appearance, I wouldnt be afraid to take an s50 out on the track.
