    Question for hardtop owners

A friend of mine is looking to install a hardtop to his e30 vert. I've taken pics of the hardware currently on the car and was curious if this was all he needed for the install assuming the hardtop already has the pins installed (Part #2) on the hardtop.

It looks like he has everything circled in red above. I just wanted to double check with any hardtop owners that he's not missing anything. The install hook wrench (Part #21 in the pic) will be ordered. Thanks for the help.

yes your friend is good to go, and you really dont need the oem wrench, any 11mm wrench will do.

The spanner wrench would help to properly spin down the adjusters.

if it doesnt come with pins, just pull the plastic lining out of the metal bracket and use a big bolt.

Buy the pins, it's easier than trying to reinvent the wheel.

Yeah #21 the spanner wrench is really a big help in tightening the top down where it should be.
