I really like the E91 Touring. Plenty practical for most needs (unless you got a trailer to tow) and a great car to drive. I'd take one over an X3.

I really like the E61 tourings. The 535ix with a manual is pretty much a dream car (impossible to find to).

This thing looks pretty nice too. But I honestly think I'd jump ship to the new B8 S4 Avant.. so sexy.

actually its the other way around, at least in the BMW camp. last year only 878 5er tourings sold and BMW has killed off the 5er tourings in favor of the silly 5er GT. same was the story with the 3er tourings last year, a number around 1800 and this year it looks even worse. this, the 2011 year e91 will be the last year and body for the BMW 3er tourings. The 3 GT will be replacing the wagons in America as well. sad.

Nice, but some part of me feels like they are trying way too hard to look aggressive; too many creases and angles just make it look busy. And the massive front fender gap doesn't help much....
