          harsh dude...

I knew there wasnt anyone coming the other way.. its a backroad through the woods and it was just getting dark, no oncoming headlights could be seen.
Ill admit im a jackass though! my car is shot, umm i guess somebody COULD have been hurt, but slim chance considering the circumstances. It woulda been me hurt anyway

they seem to go cheap when they have major engine failures, and theres alot of verts around here too, which I always hated, but I guess a slammed one in the right color could be cool

If you drive your e30 on stairs, you're gonna have a bad time.

i'm fully aware of what goes into taking calculated risk, but on a public road, there are too many variables to have full awareness of everything that is going on to take those risks. maybe someone hadn't turned on their headlights yet as "it was just getting dark", there could be cyclists, runners, animals, etc. we all make bad choices sometime, just count your lucky stars that the car is the only victim of this accident, and maybe think twice next time.

yea, illegal passing is unwise, but deliberately causing a crash, and then not even stopping is quite a bit worse. Im no lawyer, but that sounds like a felony to me.
