    I'm stuck

please read what i have to say about the car before you go to the pics!

Ok. So, its been about 2 months that I've had my E30 m3... And let me tell you, she is everything I wanted and more. But there is a catch. My M3 is my daily driver, unfortunetly, I don't have the funds to have 2 cars. And that makes my m3 the daily. Until the day comes where I can afford 2 cars, I think my best option is to let her go to another enthusiast with the funds to take care of her.

It's not at all that the car isn't in good running condition, its that I don't have the money to mod the car and keep her in good running condition. I would like to see the car go to more capable hands.

The car needs nothing as of now.

So here is what I'm looking to trade for:

I would like to get an 89+ m20b25
    -must be 2 door
    -must have black interior
-I prefer schwarz, but other colors won't be denied...
    -must be 5spd
-must be very, very clean, we're talking $5,000k + e30.

    all + cash

any m50/s50/turbo swaps will also be considered, let's see what you've got...

PM me, E-mail me, or IM me (i like teh e30s) with offers

    PICS:

More pics available, just give me specific areas of the car you would like to see...

    thanks for looking

Why don't you just pay to keep her in good running condition and mod her later when you have the cash?

id say, dont put any money into the car for a month or so, and buy a $500 eta or 318i to get you from a-b. That car is sooooo sick.

        what happened to your eta?

buy a beater, civic, kia, hyundai or something. insure that as primary, and put the m3 down as a secondary. you'll probably save money.

And pay a little bit each month to store her, if you don't have any place for her to sit.

My thouhts exactly. Take the M3 off insurance. Store it at home or whoever you know has storage. You will save money with better gas mileage and cheaper insurance for sure.

                Oh boy here we go,

I can deffinetly see the posisition your in being a young m3 owner myself, and i know its not easy. I am personally use an 88 oldsmobile for a daily driver untill I can another e30 beater. Its not fun, its not pretty, it dosent even have a radio, but it gets the job done. I have put very few miles on the m3 since i bought it (very very few) but its taken time to get myself in a comfortable posisition to play with it. I have just about gotten the car to a point where I can take a break on throwing money at it for a while so I can start saving money for a daily driver I can enjoy. The point is that if you truly love the car, it is possible to give it a low mileage life it needs. Pick up an eta (or an oldsmobile ;) ) but whatever you do, dont do anything you may regret later.

I daily drove mine for almost 3 years. Theres a reason my M3 doesn't have tons of mods, and thats because I couldn't afford mods + maintenance. I saved enough to buy another daily and now the M3 is way more fun to drive since I don't get "used to it" from driving it as much. I also pay less in insurance with 2 cars now over just the M3, and the M3 still has full coverage.

With little to no mods e30 M3s are loads of fun to drive, so don't think you HAVE to mod it right now.

and ride a bike. If you let go a good example now, it will just get harder to find another one down the line..

i dont think its so much that he wants to mod it now, as much as he doesnt wanna use the car as a DD and be shelling out mad $$$ to maintain it properly...this is the exact same situation i am looking at if i pick up the m3 i am currently looking at...

i agree with every1 else though, store the m3, and get a POS beater to DD...if yer not DD the m3, there wont be much upkeep, and u will be able to afford to keep it. even if u have to ride public transit for a couple months to save up for a POS, its worth it...just my $0.02.

its just a car. if it doesn't fit your life, get one that does. I did, worked out great.

People that fit their lives to their material objects are fucking retarded.

That is one way to look at it. All depends on what you want/plan.
