So the car is here...and it looks like all he did was take out the M20 and put in the S50. Nothing is connected, no fuel lines, coolant lines, the E36 steering rack that was supposed to be in the car is just in a box, the shifter carrier is broken, zero wiring has been done, etc.... Any columbus or ohio people please help me out. I can pay you in food, beer, and e30 parts. PM me if your willing to lend a hand.

Okay, so after mike left i got to work tearing down the M20 and stripping the interior. No work done with the S50 yet, but i plan to start on that tomorrow.

Here is my E30 to do list:

Buy:
-Expansion tank from an 88+
-Radiator mount/clip
-Shifter carrier
-Clutch slave cylinder

To do:
-Delete charcoal fuel thingy
-Connect fuel hard lines
-Bend carrier/install shifter
-Put on belts
-Throttle body/throttle cable
-Wiring
-Cooling system set up
-Install slave cyl.

If anyone is local and want to be a part of the now 8 month swap let me know, working alone is boring/can be frustrating.

S50 is in great shape, very clean inside and out 90k miles on it. I paid $1500 for the motor and that is all the money mike will be seeing from me.
