an m54b30 would be better, but the m44 is a solid little motor and makes for the best handling. Plus the upgrades look good and add real performance, not just some 'iS lip'-type crap.

I bought a 98 z3 2.8 5speed for 3750.00 drove it ,enjoyed it and sold it for 10.000.00 afew months later. My customer did not know what they had and were trying to just dump it because they had a 1 year old and a 3 year old and never use it. So i picked it up and scored big time.;)

non M Z3 vert is very ghey!
wow, i have never seen the M44 in a Z3-- the only 1.9 Z3s in europe were the 6 cyl.
