It'd better be a really rare wheel because that's not going to be cheap.

NOW - the kicker is - how badly is it stripped? Problem is, there's only so much material there and if it's one size larger, the male end has to be enlarged too....lol
call this shop and see if they can do it. my work has done business with them and have been happy with there work. ive also been inside the shop a few times one of the most clean machine shops i have ever been in.

I doubt it. With a such a fine spline i'm sure it's stripped beyond that. they'll have to enlarge the hole in the wheel and make an insert to beast the two. Definitely doable but not likely at less than the cost of a brand new wheel. I hope you can find someone to do it!

Maybe buy a cheap regular e30 wheel, and see what it takes to remove the splines? Maybe a heatgun would help, cause it kinda looks like its just bonded in there with adhesive. Good luck with it though. Sounds frustrating.
